Which web browsers are supported?
We recommend using one of the following:
Windows, Mac, Linux
Microsoft Edge (the latest version, for Windows and Mac only)
Google Android
Apple iOS (iPhone, iPad)
Apple Safari (Note: Due to technical limitations downloading and editing high-res images may not work on iOS mobile devices)
Getting error 422?
Usually, it happens when the image upload takes longer than 60 seconds, which causes a timeout.
You can avoid this by reducing the file size of the image before uploading it or uploading the photo from a device or computer with a faster internet connection.
However, this error can be also caused by an outdated browser - make sure you’re using the up-to-date version.
