Can I change a subscription to Pay-as-you-go?

It’s not possible to change a subscription to Pay-as-you-go credits as these are not equivalent. A subscription renews automatically on a monthly (or yearly) basis while Pay-as-you-go credits are valid within 2 years of purchasing and it’s a one-time payment.

If you have a monthly plan you can upgrade/downgrade it or cancel at any time and later purchase Pay-as-you-go credits.

Pay-as-you-go credits can be also used with an active subscription - this way they will remain as a backup and will only be used if you’re out of subscription credits.
