How to delete my remove.bg/Kaleido account
To delete your remove.bg/Kaleido account, follow these steps:
Log in to your account here. Choose Continue with Facebook if you signed up via Facebook, and Continue with Google if you signed up via Google.
Go to the dashboard and select Account Settings > Manage Kaleido Account.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and where it says “If you want to delete your account”, click on “click here”:
4. Enter your password to confirm the deletion of your account.
Error when trying to delete my account
If you have an active subscription, you will not be able to delete your account. Please cancel your subscription first before deleting your account.

What happens next?
Your account will be marked for deletion, and 14 days later, it will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, your account can’t be recovered. If you change your mind within those 14 days, just reach out to us here, and we’ll be happy to help!
